I have practiced law in Santa Clara County for over thirty years and I have extensive experience in all facets of criminal law defense.

I firmly believe that all individuals deserve a complete and vigorous defense of their constitutional rights.

I am now a solo practitioner. My office is located at 2007 West Hedding Street in San Jose on the first floor. I am proud of the fact that I am now able to give my clients my complete personal attention to their criminal defense. I will only associate outside counsel when it will benefit my client, and only with their approval. While I don’t envision this happening often, our complex legal system sometimes requires two minds to work through strategies which would  be in the best interest of my clients.

I am most known for my work in DUI defense and DMV issues but I have defended clients in all areas of criminal law defense for over thirty years including three strikes.
